There are several ways to delete the HPLIP printer queues:

hp-toolbox

In a terminal run: hp-toolbox

Click the printer queue you want to delete, then press the "delete" key on your keyboard.

CUPS

In your browser go to http://localhost:631/printers

Click "delete" next to the printer queue you want to delete.
